Such a lovely white cabinet. I’m a fan of the Arrow Marilyn sewing cabinet. It’s not as spatially conservative as many sewing cabinets, but it’s so useful if you have the space.

First of all, this unit features adjustable height for your work space, so you can sew in relative comfort. There are also four drawers with plenty of space (10-5/8″W x 16-1/2″D x 4″H) for patterns, and baskets or cans of supplies. The storage for spools of thread and smaller supplies are convenient and laid out in a way that is easy to assess without much digging around.

I love the amount of table space that this cabinet provides. It has a primary space, and then two additional leaves that fold out to give you a wide area to work with. Despite it not being tiny by any means, this cabinet does fold down nicely, and its white finish and drawer handles are both clean looking and elegant. It is also available in cherry and oak, but in my opinion the white looks the best for this particular brand, as they often have a tendency to mix wood tones with solid white tones in one piece of furniture.

This quality sewing cabinet takes about two hours to assemble, and it is recommended that you get a friend to help. The wheels can be a little tricky, but if you follow the directions included with your crate, you should be on the right track in no time. If all else fails, you can always call their helpline.
